The Camogie Association may find itself before the Oireachtas Sports Committee over 'SkortGate'
It follows a row over long-standing rules forcing camogie players to wear skorts.
Saturday's Leinster senior semi-final between Dublin and Kilkenny was almost abandoned, when players staged a protest by wearing shorts on to the pitch instead.
Players were ordered back to the changing rooms by the referee who warned that as per the rules, they had 15 minutes to change before throw-in - or the match would be called off.
Just days before, a report by Gaelic Players Association titled 'Reframing Attire Standards in Women’s Sport' found 70 percent of inter-county camogie players find skorts uncomfortable.
