The Eurovision Song Contest 2020 has been cancelled because of the Coronavirus.

It was due to go ahead this May, but travel restrictions and uncertainty on the continent forced the decision.

This year's host city is Rotterdam and organisers say they want to keep it there for 2021.

Lesley Roy "Story of my Life"

Lesley Roy was due to represent Ireland this year, with the song "Story of my Life".

She's originally from Balbriggan in Dublin and splits her time between Ireland and New York.

While Lesley was supposed to sing on the 12th of May, with hopes of qualifying for the final on the 16th.

Dana "All Kinds of Everything"

2020 marked 50 years since Ireland's win with Dana's "All Kinds of Everything".

Interestingly, that contest also took place in the Netherlands.

She won the Eurovision Song contest that year with 32 points.
