Grand Marshals for St. Patrick's Day Parade have been announced
Comedians Deirdre O'Kane and Jason Byrne have been announced as the Grand Marshals for this year's St. Patrick's Day Parade.
The pair have been chosen in recognition of their outstanding contribution to Irish comedy and acting.
O'Kane is both an accomplished stand up performer and an award-winning actress.
Byrne has won numerous awards for his comedy act and is now a judge on Ireland's Got Talent.
The parade will make its way through the streets of Dublin from 12 o'clock on March 17th.
