The streaming site released the figures this week.

Online music provider Spotify are set to top Apple and Amazon Music's paid users combined.

In a quarterly financial report, Spotify holds 165 million paid subscribers across the globe.

That was a 7 million increase in users from the first quarter of this year.

Apple Music share between 70 and 80 million subscribers, while Amazon Music have around 55 million.

It's an impressive stat for Spotify, who posted overall losses despite the growth.

The streaming service aims to surpass the 400 million user mark by the end of 2021.
