First year students are attending college campuses for the first time today.

15 pop up vaccination centres are now open at colleges across the country.

The clinics will provide both first and second doses of the vaccine on a walk-in basis.

The HSE say they aim to maximise vaccine uptake in groups who are unvaccinated.

International students are also eligible to take the vaccine too.

It comes as in-person teaching has returned to colleges for those in first year and beyond.

As of Sunday, 7,195,154 vaccine doses have been administered in Ireland.

Here are where the colleges are based:

Trinity College Dublin

Dublin City University

TU Dublin (At Blanchardstown, Tallaght and Grangegorman)

Maynooth University

National College of Art and Design

Royal College of Surgeons Ireland

University College Cork

NUI Galway

University of Limerick

Munster Technological University Cork

Mary Immaculate College
