While the number was below 100 on Saturday too.

But that's no reason to be slack about it.

Second Wave: Most Are "Still Susceptible"

But Professor Jack Lambert urging people to stay careful.

He made the comments as Ireland begins it's phased re-opening today.

20,000 retail workers and some outdoor employees were back in work today.

Prof. Lambert says we need to be careful about how we re-open.

"If you look back to the 29th of February, there was just a few cases of people coming into the country. "

"We've got it down to a small number of new infections."

"As soon as we open again most of the country is still susceptible to this virus."

"So it could spread just as quickly if we don't do the right things."
