Scotland lifted Covid-19 restrictions recently.

Organisers of TRNSMT Festival in Glasgow, Scotland say they're allowed 50,000 attendees.

They've been given the go ahead to hold the festival, after Scotland eased social distancing laws.

TRNSMT will be one of the first big events back in the country.

It takes place on Glasgow Green in the city from the 10th to the 12th of September.

Some of this year's headliners include Liam Gallagher, Becky Hill and Sam Fender.

The news comes as Electric Picnic organisers are defiant the festival will go ahead this year.

Current laws in Ireland limit 500 attendees at a venue that holds over 5,000.
