Spencer Elden, who's now 30, appeared on the cover when he was four months old.
Now, Elden is claiming he was 'sexually exploited' as a child.

He has filed a lawsuit against the surviving members of Nirvana band.
It will also be brought against Courtney Love, late lead singer Kurt Cobain's widow.
Elden says he has suffered "lifelong damages" as a result of the album cover.
He has asked for $150,000 from every member of the band and music reps involved.
