Following a Cannes Film Festival premiere this week the trailer for the new Spike Lee movie BlacKkKlansman has been released.
Starring John David Washington and Adam Driver, the movie tells the true story of how police officer Ron Stallworth planned to infiltrate and take down the Ku Klux Klan in the early 1970s.
Stallworth was the first African-American detective to serve in the Colorado Springs Police Department.
As well as writing the screenplay, Spike Lee also produced the project along with Get Out creator Jordan Peele.
BlacKkKlansman is out in cinemas on 24th August.
