Lucy Fry thinks that it sounds like the start of a joke but it is in fact what happened to her in the Irish film, “She’s Missing”.


Dublin International Film Festival

Lucy, who has been called the next Margot Robbie, was in town for the Dublin International Film Festival.

She is starring in new Irish movie where She’s Missing.

Seeing herself projected onto an iMax screen is something she’s not looking forward to.

However, she did love being a part of Alexandra McGuinness’ film.
Furthermore, it was a tough shoot, her character of Heidi was quite intense, but what she found tougher than playing Heidi were the sleepless nights.

Haunted by Ghosts

Lucy wasn’t getting much sleep as she was convinced the hotel she was sleeping in was haunted.

There were strange noises and she insists that she felt something press on her bed when there was no one else in the room.

Due to this, took to having sleep overs with her cast mates to get over the fear of the ghost.

Living in LA

Living in LA can be tough.

Going for endless auditions, not knowing where your next job is coming from, everyone being so competitive.

However, Lucy finds it a supportive place.

Finally, when she worked with Portia De Rossi, Portia took her under her wing and gave her some great advice.

Star Struck/Will Smith

Even though she lives and works in Hollywood she still gets star struck.

When she was working with Will Smith on the Netflix film, “Bright”, instead of being able to chat to him, she would freeze and funny sounds would come out of her mouth.
