Blathnaid Treacy has had a busy start to 2019.

You can see the TV personalty on RTE ONE's on Friday nights getting all the backstage Dancing With The Stars goss.

Now she can be found exploring the road relationship between cars and cyclists, in RTE One’s Now You See Me.

Cycling Around The World

Blathnaid shared that she would love to be able to cycle around Dublin more but cycling during peak hour can be quite frightening.

 

She travelled around Europe to see how other countries manage cyclists and drivers sharing the road.

As a result, she feels that the dedicated bike lanes built in European cities would go far to increasing road safety in Ireland.

Can’t Stop Dancing

She is now in her third year of presenting the behind the scenes dance show, Can’t Stop Dancing.

Blathnaid loves the fact that she gets to get close to the contestants and judges.

She revealed that this allows her to see who they really are saying, “Brian Redmond isn’t that scary, deep down he is a big softy”.

Dancing With The Stars Presenter Special

Blathnaid loved Sarina’s suggested of the presenters, Jennifer Zamparelli, Nicky Byrne, James Patrice, and herself, taking to the dance floor.

She would love to see them competing, so who knows, a DWTS Presenter Dance Off may be coming our way soon.

The Wedding

Blathnaid is getting married later this year and she can’t wait for the “big session” with her fiancé, Charlie Moon.

The wedding party will consist of 5 bridesmaids and 5 groomsmen.

Speaking to Sarina Bellissimo she said, “we’re were so excited that we couldn’t stop asking people to be in our bridal party."
