MTV are looking for Irish people to take part in Catfish UK.

The show investigates online relationships, and exposes catfishes.

A catfish is someone who lures a person into a relationship by means of a fictional online persona.

A spokesperson from Viacom, the company that produces Catfish UK, told The Irish Sun that they're on the lookout for new contestants.

And according to the publication, they're currently looking in Ireland!

They said, 'Each episode brings couples together who've interacted solely through the internet.'
