The talent show follows the Little Mix girls as they seek out the next big boyband or girlband.

Each contestant auditions individually before they're put into groups.

Matthew was put into a band with fellow artists Jacob Fowler, Harry Holles, and Patrick Ralphson.

The finals of the competition took place over the weekend.

Since September wowed judges with their incredible performance of a One Direction and Lil Nas X mashup.

Watch it here:

Reacting to their win, Matthew said, "I speak for all the boys, we're all in our 20s, early 20s now, we've been told no so many times."

"This can happen to anyone, if you're thinking about it, do it."

"I promise you, you just have to believe it!"
