Everything You Need To Know: Mumford & Sons Malahide Castle 2019

Mumford & Sons

Mumford & Sons play Malahide Castle on the 14th and 15th of June with support from Dermot Kennedy, Wild Youth and Aurora.

If you're heading along to the gig, here's everything you need to know:

Times

Gates to the venue open at 5pm on Friday and then 4pm on Saturday.

It's important to note that the Hogan’s Gate by Malahide Dart station is the only pedestrian entrance.

Both gigs come to an end at 11pm.

Stage times 

Saturday & Sunday       

Mumford & Sons: 20:45

Dermot Kennedy: 19:15

Wild Youth: 18:15

Aurora: 17:25

Travel

Organisers highly recommend concert-goers use public transport.

The reason being, there will be a lot of congestion and parking issues with clampers in operation.

Book your travel and plan your journey well in advance.

If you're looking for bus routes, go here.

And click here if you're planning on travelling by dart or train.

Disabled access

There are assigned spaces available in the car parks.

To register a space, make sure to email access@festivalrepublic.com.

Tickets

There are still a limited number of tickets available but we advise you act fast.

Make sure you buy from Ticketmaster or accredited sources as there might be fake tickets doing the rounds.

Security/ ID

Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

We advise bringing your passport, age card or driving license in case you're asked.

Make sure if you're bringing bags that they're no bigger than A4 size.

All bags will be searched for security reasons so allow time for this when planning your journey.

There will be no cloakrooms available.

Here's a list of things that are not allowed:

  • Umbrellas
  • Alcohol
  • Garden furniture
  • Selfie sticks
  • Flares
  • Glasses or cans
  • GoPros and professional cameras

Friday:

The weather forecast for both days looks good!

According to Met Eireann Friday will be, 'Dry with sunny spells in the morning.'

'Highest temperatures of 12 to 14 degrees, in light to moderate southerly breezes.'

Saturday:

Saturday will see temperatures of 10-13 degrees with some sunshine.

There will however, be some showers so we advise you bring a rain coat.
