Rebecca McKinney isn't afraid of a challenge.

After originally studying law, she realised that path wasn't for her and instead, followed her passions of fashion and broadcasting.

Since then, she's fine-tuned her creativity and together with self-belief and lots of determination, the broadcaster and stylist is now in a job she loves.

That's why she's backing the #YouthEmpowered programme!

An initiative of Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (HBC), #YouthEmpowered seeks to support those aged 18-30 across Ireland and Northern Ireland who are not in education, employment or training with the skills and confidence to aim high and make goals like Rebecca's a reality.

She's urging young Irish people to aim high and achieve their personal goals by registering for free life and business training skills online through the #YouthEmpowered Digital Hub.

“By partnering with the #YouthEmpowered programme, I want to show all young people what is possible if you use your creative talents and believe in yourself", she explains.

"By doing just that, I now have a career that I love. I would call on young people looking for extra help, training and support to register for the #YouthEmpowered Digital Hub today.”

The #YouthEmpowered Digital Hub provides fundamental life and business skills for young people, including courses in financial literacy, time management, project management, business, negotiation and sales skills.

If you’re interested in joining the likes of Rebecca on a journey of self-development and discovery in the Digital Hub register here.
