Troian Bellisario welcomes baby girl
Pretty Little Liars star Troian Bellisario and Suits actor Patrick J. Adams welcomed their second child last month.
During a chat on the Katie's Crib podcast, the couple told the birth story and it will shock you.

Patrick explained, "As soon as I hit the button and get the [parking] ticket, she’s screaming."
"I whip around, and by the time I turn my head around, Troian is fully on her hands and knees and we’ve gone nuclear."
Troian's labor progressed pretty quickly on their way to the hospital.

"I turned to Patrick heaving, and I was like, 'Don't laugh. I sh*t my pants," Troian recalled.
"Patrick is so good, he very calmly just goes, 'I'm not laughing.'"

The security guard
When they got to the hospital, Patrick approached security for help.
"I say, 'It’s all happening, in the car.'"
"'You need to get the wheelchair down here, you need to get the people, all the people, all the professionals! It’s happening!'"

"He kind of looks at me with this look that's like, 'I do this all day long...'"
"'I know you think this is all happening right now, but just calm down.'"
Patrick ran back to the car to find Troian howling.

Troian explained, "At this point, I'm still non verbal but I know that she is so far down that I can't find a comfortable place to put my legs."
"I scream, 'Get my pants off, pull my pants down, pull my pants down!'"
"So she is still on all fours, butt facing the windshield," Patrick continued.

"Her head [was] out up to her neck"
He continued, "Her butt’s at my head level, so I just go and pull down her pants and the head is right there."
"I did remember one last time, turning to our friend the security guard and being like, 'I see the head. You need to move faster...'"
Patrick said by the time he turned back to Troian, he could see his baby girl's face.

"Her head [was] out up to her neck," he remembered.
After checking that the umbilical cord wasn't wrapped around his baby's neck, Patrick began to pull.
"Immediately, everything in my body went, 'Do not do that.' Something tapped me on the shoulder and went, 'That's not what you want to do.'"

In the space of four minutes and just a couple pushes, their little girl was born.
In order to make sure the fluids weren't blocking the baby’s breathing passages, Patrick turned her upside down.
"As soon as I turn her upside down, she starts crying and screaming."

The couple named their little one Elliot Rowena Adams.
