Three deadly new shows to get stuck into this week:
1) All Bets Are Off- RTÉ One, Monday at 9.35pm
We love a good Baz Ashmawy documentary and this time he's looking at the realities of gambling in Ireland. Apparently, Irish people are the world’s unluckiest online gamblers, and the third-biggest losers in the world. Baz will also be looking at what can happen when your gambling habit spirals out of control and becomes an addiction. He'll be meetingTony O’Reilly, a manager of a post office who stole nearly €2 million to feed his gambling addiction, and the Offaly footballer Niall McNamee, who struggled for a long time with gambling.

2) Can't Cope, Won't Cope - RTÉ Two, Sundays at 9.30pm
This actually kicked off last night but will be on for the next few weeks so make sure you catch up on the player! We loved the first series of this and in season two, we catch up with Aisling and Danielle again- the last time we saw them was after they ended their friendship outside Coppers, standard. Aisling has now moved back in with her parents in Mallow and Danielle is living in Vancouver.

3) The Woman in White - Sunday, BBC One at 9pm
If you love a good period drama- put this on your list. This Victorian thriller is based on a book by Wilkie Collins in 1856 and is thought to be one of the first ever psychological thrillers published. This is a very female driven programme- the story follows Walter Hartright, a teacher who encounters a woman who has escaped from a lunatic asylum on London’s Hampstead Heath. Early reviews are saying the themes of manipulation and male control over females resonate today, even thought the novel was written over 100 years ago.
