Scott Disick and Sofia Richie split
Scott Disick and Sofia Richie have called it quits after three years together.
It comes just one week after Us Weekly announced the couple were on a, 'break.'
But their latest source claims they've officially called it off.
Their split news comes shortly after he entered a medical rehab facility in Colorado last month.
A source told Us that he, 'made the decision to get help,' after Richie, 'noticed a change,' in him.
He apparently entered the facility to help himself and to help their relationship.
Scott's lawyer told TMZ that Scott entered the facility for, 'past dramas.'
He said it's all in an effort to, 'come to terms and deal with the pain that Scott has been silently suffering for many years...'
His lawyer admitted the pain was caused by, 'the sudden death of his mother, followed by the death of his father 3 months later.'
Many speculated the pair had called it quits after he celebrated his 37th birthday without her.
Scott spent the day with his ex Kourtney Kardashian and their three children.
Disick and Richie have yet to comment.
