When asked how it felt to come in second place on this year's Love Island, Chloe said, 'I thought it was amazing.'

She added, 'Best thing ever. Especially to be in the final with Millie and Liam. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.'

While Toby said, 'I think when you’re on your journey, when you meet someone, you don’t think about the final.'

'So being there was surreal, and being second was the cherry on the top of the cake.'

'Because everything after finding Chloe was just a bonus,' he explained.

Split or steal

Toby was asked if he won the show, would he have split the cash or kept it for himself.

He replied, 'Nah, it was always going to be a split. Split, split, split!'

Chloe chimed in, 'So we can buy a house! And get married.'

When asked how soon she's hoping the proposal will be, she responded, 'Like imminently.'

Toby then told her, 'You’re going to be proposing,' and she replied, 'I would never!'

He told the interviewer, 'She’s going to have to pop the question if she wants to pop it and then see if she’s gonna get the right answer or what...'

On a serious note, Toby admitted he definitely wants to get married someday.

And Chloe said she wants a, 'flamboyant,' marriage proposal from him.

Oh, and she wants the wedding to take place at the Spanish villa, 'It’s going to be at the Love Island villa I think!'

Becoming boyfriend & girlfriend

During the Declarations Of Love segment of Love Island, Toby asked Chloe to be his girlfriend.

Reflecting on this, she said, 'It was my favourite moment I think as I didn’t see it coming and it was like the nicest speech ever so I thought it was great.'

'And then when he said it I was like, ‘Oh my god!’ I didn’t think he would do it.'

'We hadn’t spoken about it. I don’t know if you’ve noticed we’re not very good at the serious chat situations.'

Toby added, 'I was thinking about it for time. For time! I was thinking, 'Should I do it, when to do it?''

'Everything. I was thinking on the final date, and then I was thinking, 'Hmm nah.''

Chloe said, 'Faye and Teddy did it [on their final date] and I made a comment when they came back, ‘Oh if anyone else becomes boyfriend and girlfriend, it’s copying!’'

Toby remembered this, 'Yeah, so I was like no chance now!'

'So the next chance was that time and I thought, ‘You know what, in a love declaration – let’s end it with that!’'

Dating in the real world

When asked their first date ideas outside the villa, she said, 'I wanna do a bottomless brunch in an arcade and you [Toby] want to go to the F1 in Monaco on a yacht!'

'So we’re going to try do it all in one.'

In their exit interview, Toby also insisted his head won't turn now that he's officially in a relationship.

'Well I’m in a relationship now, it’s a different status. I’ve got tunnel vision and I only see one way.'

'I don’t see 360 anymore so...,' he continued, 'I can only see straight; I can’t turn to the left and right anymore – that’s my capabilities.'

When asked his best relationship advice, he said, 'Don’t fear it, embrace it! [to himself] Yeah! That was good.'

Chloe commented, 'Quite vague as well, isn’t it…'

He agreed, 'Yeah it could mean anything so they take what they wanna take from that!'

'...all we do is laugh or snog...'

Chloe previously admitted her romance with Toby is the best she's ever had.

When asked why, she said, 'Because all we do is laugh or snog and that’s all you want in a relationship.'

'And sometimes a bit of a serious chat. But if not - laughing and snogging, that’s all you need!'

When asked what he's learned on the show, Toby began, 'Oh my gosh.'

'That girls think very differently to boys! Yeah… about everything! If you think it’s alright, it’s probably not alright.'

On the topic of Millie and Liam winning the show, Chloe said, 'I love that they won! I absolutely love it.'

'Rightfully so! If it wasn’t us, we would like it to be them,' she added.

Toby said, '[We’re] the awesome foursome, so we got to represent for us.'

Chloe added, 'Yeah we’re over the moon they won!'

The wedding

In their exit interviews, Millie and Liam said they expect to be invited to Toby and Chloe's wedding.

When told this, Chloe said, 'Invited? I’ll be maid of honour.'

'We all started our journeys together on the day bed on the same day in time, so to see us all in the final - it’s like we’ll definitely be in each other’s lives.'

She added that Millie can be her maid of honour too and Liam can officiate.

On the topic of their living situations outside of the villa, Chloe revealed, 'I’m going home for a bit and then I think I’m going to move to Essex with some of the girls. That’s the plan.'

Toby said, 'Well I’m in Essex, she says she’s moving to Essex so… it all worked out for me in the end!'

Christmas at the Burrows'

Chloe said she's very excited to have Toby with her at Christmas time, 'so he can do karaoke.'

'That’s the biggest event of the year in our household. I sing Blondie, Call Me every year.'

The couple are planning a duet, but Toby won't be doing any of the heavy lifting, 'I’ll just be there with the ad libs.'

'I don’t have a karaoke song but I’m adaptable so I can sing any song. On the spot just give me a song and I’ll sing it,' he said.

Football

Toby was asked if he's excited for Chloe to see him play football, and he said, 'Yeah I’ve got to get back to pre-season first before she can watch me play!'

'Judging by the football the Islanders saw I need to get back to pre-season and it could be a long three months getting back to fitness before going back to football and then she can come and watch a game. Not at first though!'
