Modern Family's Stella has died
It's been reported Modern Family star Beatrice has passed away suddenly.
The French bulldog played Jay Pritchett’s little companion Stella in the hit comedy show.

According to The Blast, Beatrice passed away shortly after the stars of the show wrapped up on the final season.
The publication say one of Beatrice's former trainers posted a tribute to the late animal.

While the character Stella was introduced on the show in 2010, Beatrice didn't make her debut until 2012.
The bulldog was originally played by another dog named Brigitte.
However, The Blast say producers replaced Brigitte with Beatrice after a fallout with the dog's owner.
Beatrice has been a massive part of the Modern Family cast since 2012.
The official Twitter account for the comedy show paid tribute to her on National Pet Day.
