Damian Powers speaks out
Love Is Blind's Damian Powers has spoken out after photos of him arm in arm with Francesca Farago did the rounds online.
Many speculated the pair could be dating, despite the fact he's in a relationship with Giannina Gibelli.
However, the reality star insists he and Francesca are just friends.
The pictures emerged last week, and created a buzz among fans online.
The photos were taken as they left the L.A. restaurant Eveleigh last week.
However, it seems they weren't alone in there.
As per E! News, he shared a video from the night on Instagram Stories, and he was joined by a number of other people.
Lawyer Alex Ion and TikTok star Mitchell Crawford made the cut.
However, Damian's girlfriend was nowhere to be seen.
Damian speaks out
Damian has since released a statement to E! News, explaining the situation.
He said, 'Over the past week, I have been in L.A. with my attorney, Alex Ion, pursuing new projects and business ventures.'
'Francesca and I both share the same attorney.'
'Alex arranged for both Francesca and I to meet with him for dinner at the Eveleigh in West Hollywood along with some of our other friends, including Mitchell Crawford and Raiane Macedo.'
'We all planned to leave the Eveleigh together in the same car.'
'Francesca, Alex, Mitchell and Raiane all exited through a side entrance, while I exited through the main entrance of the Eveleigh.'
When they arrived outside, they were greeted by paparazzi.
As a result, 'Francesca grabbed onto [Damian] in an attempt to shield herself from the paparazzi as [their] entire group entered the car.'
'Francesca and I are not dating or romantically involved but remain friends,' Damian insisted.
