So much happens in the one minute clip: Khloé confronts Tristan, the global pandemic strikes, and Scott hits out at the family.
Oh, and Kim confronts Kourtney after Scott revealed they were, "going for baby number four."
In the trailer, the budding lawyer confronts her sister in front of their whole family.
She says, "Scott's like, 'We're going for baby number four.'"
"Is that serious? I want to know." Their mother Kris asks, "Are you pregnant?"

Also in the trailer, Khloé appears to get tested for COVID-19 after falling ill.
However, fans are questioning why the doctor testing her in the trailer isn't wearing any PPE.
Kim tells her sister Kourtney that she's, "super worried," about Khloé.
Later in the clip, Scott hits out at the family, "There couldn't have been a bigger betrayal."
He confronts Kris, Kim, Rob and Khloé over video chat, "I don't trust anybody here."
Elsewhere, Khloé's worried Tristan won't change his ways.
She tells him, "My fear is you're acting like this until you get what you want."
"And then if you do, you're gonna turn into the old Tristan again."
