Ed Sheeran has forked over a huge amount of tax for this year.
Last year, the popstar Earned £18.3million, which was £8.4million more than the previous year in 2021.
Ed apparently had to hand over £8 million of that to the taxman - so, that mean's the Grammy winner had to pay out £158,917 a week!

Ed said: ‘As soon as it comes in, it goes out. I don’t have that much value on it.’
‘I have enough to be comfortable and the rest goes to help people.’
