Love Island's Dr. Alex has shared a selfie with his A&E colleagues as he returns to work.

The reality star took a break from his job in A&E after 'Love Island' but only recently admitted he misses it and has decided to go back to doing what he loves.
He announced the news on Twitter;
Absolutely blown away with the support from everyone ❤ The love and resounding positivity shown towards the NHS is incredible. We must save it 👊🏼
