Celebrities including Demi Lovato, David Beckham and loads more have teamed up for Kevin Bacon's new initiative #IStayHomeFor.
Bacon is asking his fellow stars to share their reasons for self isolating and social distancing.
The idea is simple but so effective and so important.

The original Footloose star announced his new idea through a video shared on Instagram.
In the video, he says, "I'm staying home because it saves lives and it is the only way we're gonna slow down the spread of this coronavirus."
"Because the contact that you make with someone who makes contact with someone else, that may be what makes somebody's mom or grandpa or wife sick."

Kevin points out, "Every one of us has someone who is worth staying home for."
The actor goes on to reveal he's staying home for his wife Kyra Sedgwick.
Kevin asks his followers to share who they're staying home for in their own social media posts.
