Chris Hughes got emotional during an interview on This Morning earlier today.

The Love Island star cried when speaking about his girlfriend Jesy's recent documentary.

"She's a strong girl now," said Chris of the Little Mix band member before getting upset.

He continued, "I don't know why, I get emotional every time I speak about it."

Jesy's documentary Odd One Out premiered earlier this year.

The one-hour show covers Jesy's journey as she opens up about the effects that trolling had on her mental health and self image.

Chris went on to tell Philip and Holly that he has old school teachers who have already shown the documentary to pupils.

He said, "I think the beauty of that documentary is that it doesn't just help the people going through that struggle online, it helps the older generation, the parents, to understand the dangers of social media."

Movember

Chris appeared on the programme to discuss his Movember campaign.

As a teenager Chris had a number of operations on his testicles and back in November 2018 he took a live testicular exam on the show to raise awareness.

His older brother Ben was watching the segment at home and decided he should have a check.

And Ben found a lump in his testicles as a result of his brother's TV appearance.

He went on to receive treatment and in May this year Chris revealed that Ben is cancer free.
