Britney Spears' legal battle
Jamie Spears has been suspended from his daughter Britney Spears' conservatorship.
As quoted by Sky News an L.A. judge said the, 'current situation is untenable,' and, 'reflects a toxic environment.'

Jamie has been in control of her affairs for the last 13 years.
She recently branded the conservatorship, 'abusive,' and demanded that he be removed from the situation altogether.
Britney has made it clear she wants nothing to do with him.

Just last month, he agreed to step away once a, 'definite plan,' was put in place.
However, at the latest court hearing held in L.A. this week, Jamie was suspended from the conservatorship altogether.
After the hearing, Britney shared footage of herself learning to fly a plane.

Britney's fiancé Sam Asghari showed his support for the singer on Instagram following the hearing.
He posted a picture of a Lioness and captioned it, 'The power of the lioness!!!!! #freebritney'
Sam also wrote on Instagram Stories, 'She did this. Her fan base is called the army for a reason.'

A decision on whether to terminate the conservatorship has been set for later this year.
