Adele's insurance bill has got to be massive.

A mansion Adele bought in Beverly Hills is at 'high risk' if there's an earthquake.

The eight bedroom estate is based on a hillside along the Hollywood Fault.

Los Angeles inspectors have confirmed that if an earthquake takes place, Adele's home would be at risk of a landslide.

Adele's new pad has been fitted with a seismic shut-off valve which prevents tremors from causing gas explosions.

As well as being at risk from earthquakes, local authorities have declared the area a "very high fire hazard severity zone."

California regularly suffers from wildfires, with nearly 4.5m acres of land being destroyed by blazes in 2020.

Adele bought the home from Sylvester Stallone in January. It was originally listed at €99.9m in 2020 but the price was cut to €52.7m last year.

The house features twelve bathrooms, an infinity pool and a putting green.

Celebrities like Justin Bieber, The Rock and Denzel Washington are all residents in the gated community.

You can bet if Justin Bieber was my neighbour, I'd be head of the neighbourhood watch.
