Another week of juicy shows to get stuck into here- here's what you need to be watching this week:

1) Ross Kemp Behind Bars: Inside Barlinnie- TV3, Monday at 9pm

We are really excited about this special documentary by Ross kemp about one of the oldest functioning prisons in the world. Barlinne in Glasgow has been known as the 'toughest' prison in Britain for 150 years and housed notorious criminals including serial killer Peter Manuel. The prison is set to shut it's doors in 2020- in this documentary Ross Kemp gets exclusive access to prison staff and prisoners to learn more about the prison's history and what it's like to be locked up there today.

Sharon Horgan's latest comedy series Motherland takes a look at the realities of what it's like to be a mum in 2017 and the struggle to get the work-life balance. After a pilot episode went well last year- Motherland is back with six new episodes. Horgan who already has incredibly successful comedy series including 'Catastrophe' and 'Divorce' in US, says this is a non sugar coated look at what it takes to raise kids today. We can't wait!
