Sean Penn and Florence Welch?

Are Sean Penn and Florence Welch all loved up? 

The 52 year old met 26 year old Florence at a Gucci event in LA two weeks ago and eye witnesses say he was “flirting with her all evening”.

The source added, "they got along like a house on fire" and Sean "asked to meet up with her again."

However, a Penn spokesman has played down the rumours and said the story has been "exaggerated".
