Britney Spears dyes her hair blue and pink hair!

Britney Spears has appeared at the iHeartRadio Music Festival. She joined Ryan Seacrest onstage and the pair seemed to be having a great time together. Britney flashed her new blue and pink hair for the event. The two-day festival features an A-List line-up including Taylor Swift, Aerosmith, Rihanna, Usher, Bon Jovi, Lil Wayne, Green Day, Swedish House Mafia, No Doubt, Pitbull, deadmau5, Miranda Lambert, Enrique Iglesias, Linkin Park, Jason Aldean, P!nk and Mary J Blige.
