People in Dublin are being warned not to swim at a number of Dublin Beaches.
Swimming bans are currently in place at Dollymount, Sandymount and Merrion Beaches.
The bans will remain in place for the next 3 days pending the result of new samples on Monday.
If the water samples show an improvement the ban on Dollymount may be lifted but the bans are in place for the entire 2018 summer season at Sandymount and Merrion beaches due to general water quality.
Dublin Councillor Kieran Cuffe says Irish Water need to step up.
