Ryanair may be forced to cancel even more flights as pilots threaten industrial action.

A draft letter has been sent to their European bases warning they'll work to rule if their contracts don't improve.

They've already rejected a 12-thousand Euro offer to do more hours to solve the current staff shortage.

Ryanair CEO Michael O'Leary is expected to hold a major press conference after the airline's AGM today.
