Nate Diaz has wasted no time in trying to get a reaction out of Conor McGregor on social media, after the Dubliner's loss to Floyd Mayweather.
Diaz has been embroiled in an intriguing feud with McGregor over the past 18 months, since they first went head-to-head in the octagon at UFC 196 and Diaz shocked the world by stopping McGregor via second round submission.
McGregor eventually made up for that fight at UFC 202, after he was able to beat Diaz by decision after the fight went the distance.
However, it's a quote from McGregor that Diaz is taking issue with on Instagram:
Diaz is referring to the first fight between the pair, where McGregor appeared to tire himself out within the first two rounds, and The Notorious himself admits his preparation wasn't right in the build up to that fight.
Nate, however, seems to think McGregor's 'I win or I learn' phrase was made moot in his defeat to Mayweather.
"He punched himself out the same way he lost in the UFC. There's no learning going on."
Nate clearly fancies a go at the trilogy fight, which McGregor said will happen somewhere down the line.
