Experts from Norway say eating wood can lead to a high-fibre diet.

They've come up with a way to incorporate wood into the diet which doesn't include eating sawdust or chewing on a plank of wood.

Norwegian company, Borregaard has created a new, edible powder that can be added to food such as sausages, cakes and mayonnaise.

It's claimed the powder can stop obesity, by replacing fats.
