There's calls for Lidl to pull their plans to sell swimming pools for the back garden.
The pools they'll have on offer need up to 7 and a half thousand litres of water, leading to concerns over the water supply during the heatwave.
Lidl says the pools, although big, contain a filter so they don't need to be drained and re-filled whenever someone wants to use it.
It comes off the back of calls for people to conserve water supplies in the hot weather by Irish Water.
Calls for the pools to be pulled from Lidl stores have been led by Green Party Eamon Ryan, who says the water system is already under pressure.
