Receivers for Apollo House are to apply for a High Court order to vacate the building today.
It's been taken over by homeless campaigners and rough sleepers since last Thursday.
Receivers were appointed to Apollo House in March 2014 and the building has been empty since the middle of last year.
At least it was until the end of last week when the group Home Sweet Home entered and opened it up to homeless people.
Yesterday, a judge gave the receivers permission to apply for an injunction to have the building vacated.
The court also heard that Dublin City Council had enough beds to keep those occupying the building off the streets.
A full hearing is due to get underway this morning.
