All power has now been restored.
Customers in the #Ballyfermot area have now had their power restored following last nights fire in our Substation.Apologies for the outage— ESB Networks (@ESBNetworks) December 29, 2016
Almost 400 homes in Dublin are without this morning due to a fire at an ESB sub station in Ballyfermot.
It's not known what caused the fire but vandalism has been ruled out. ESB Networks say generators may have to be sourced to help bring back power to the 382 houses in Ballyfermot.
ESB are continuously working to resolve the issue, but at the moment, restore time is being estimated as 8pm.
