1. Hundreds of Dubliners are still without power while public transport remains affected after yesterday's hurricane. Both Luas lines are out of action until at least noon due to damage at the Red Cow. Dublin Bus is operating this morning with some minor diversions and DARTs are on track with some delays.

2. The schools are off for a second day today. The Education Minister Richard Bruton says it's to allow school authorities to inspect their buildings for potential damage, and for the safety of all children.

3. Ed Sheeran's upcoming tour dates could be in jeopardy.  It's after he was hit by a car in London yesterday, fell off his bike and broke his right arm. Ed is due to play a number of dates in Asia over the coming weeks. 

4. The Republic of Ireland's World Cup play off opponents will be revealed today.The draw will take place in Zurich at lunchtime. Italy, Switzerland, Croatia or Denmark are our potential opponents.

5. And Macklemore has added a second 3Arena date! He'll now play April 3rd as well as his sold out gig on April 4th. Tickets for the new date go on sale at 9am this Friday.
