1. MyTaxi will cost an extra €2 from today. Drivers can add on the fee at their discretion when a taxi is booked in advance.

4. DCU has announced a plan for developing a cultural quarter on the northside. The work will take five years and aims to open up the university to communities like Ballymum, Whitehall and Glasnevin. 

5. And finally, Sabrina The Teenage Witch could be getting a reboot. According to Variety a one-hour drama is being developed by The CW Network.
