1. Two people have been confirmed dead and 24 injured following a shooting in Las Vegas. Flights in and out of McCarran airport are currently suspended and the Irish Consulate is advising Irish people in the area to follow the instructions of local police.

2. Paul Dunne has claimed the European Tour title at the British Masters. The Greystones man held off Rory McIlroy and secured the win with a birdie on the 18th hole.

3. Chris and Kem's Love Island spin-off show aired last night. Straight Outta Love Island saw the pair meet Stormzy and work on their tracks ahead of a date at the Ministry of Sound.

4. Wicklow brothers Sean and Conor Price made it through another episode of The X Factor last night. They survived bootcamp after impressing the judges with a rendition of Ed Sheeran's Sing. 

5. And finally, golf has been voted the most boring sport in the world. Cricket was the second on the list, bridge followed and chess was in fourth place.
