1. Dublin are All Ireland Champions again. The women's football team beat Mayo 4-11 to 0-11 in Croke Park yesterday to lift the trophy for the second ever time. 

2. Students struggling to find accommodation are being forced to sleep on friend's couches. As the rental crisis continues UCD has applied for permission to build on-campus accommodation to home 3,000. 

3. It looks like we'll have another Conor McGregor fight before the end of the year. It's been rumoured he will return to the octagon for a third fight with UFC rival Nate Diaz in December. 

4. A first edition copy of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone has sold in America for $81,250 (€68,000). Time to dig out the old books.

5. And finally, fizzy milk is hitting the supermarket shelves. In an effort to make milk cool again a company has created a carbonated pink, fruity, milk drink to entice teenagers.
