1. Love Island comes to an end tonight with one couple set to walk away with £50,000. Kem and Amber remain the bookie's favourites to win followed by Jamie and Camilla. Former contestant Rob Lipsett joined us in studio this morning to give us the lowdown on the villa and how he thinks the finale will play out.

2. The National Transport Authority has put forward a proposal which could see taxi fares increase. The Times Ireland Edition reports the minimum rate could rise from €3.60 to €3.80 with premium rates raising from €4 to €4.20.

3. The number of people who say rent is their number one national concern has doubled in the last year. This comes as some landlords in the capital are now demanding tenants pay two months rent up front as a deposit.

4. The Generation Game is coming back to TV. The BBC show was originally hosted by Bruce Forsyth and most recently Jim Davis but it will be Mel and Sue that will take the reins for this new series.

5. And finally, Nicolas Cage has become the everyone's new favourite meme. He posed beside the First Lady of Kazakhstan in the traditional clothing of the county looking rather intense during a trip to the 13th Eurasia International Film Festival in the capital city of Astana on Sunday and naturally the internet had a field day

Graham & Nathan have your 5 Things You Need To Know every morning from 8:35am
