In a recent interview with GQ, Zayn Malik has been giving an inside look into his life, something that he doesn't too too often.
Zayn opened up about his time in One Direction, and explained that it was a difference in 'vision' which made him call time with the boyband.
'My vision didn’t necessarily always go with what was going on within the band. I didn’t really, like, make any friends from the band. I just didn’t do it. It’s not something that I’m afraid to say. I deï¬nitely have issues trusting people.'
He added that he 'got too much into the party scene. 'Producers, musicians, tailors, stylists, managers. Them kind of things. It got too crazy. Just going out all the time. And I was too distracted.' That's when he left LA and moved to New York, to bring himself back down to earth.
