Ex Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison has opened up about her time on the show, and has expressed her regrets.

Vicky is currently a contestant on the Australian version of I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here. During an emotional episode, she got real about what it was really like to be on Geordie Shore.

She broke down in tears as she admitted that she 'hated' herself and her behaviour.

Her fellow campmate Steve Price asked Vicky 'I know that you disappointed yourself that you had sex on television. How did that come about?'

Vicky said 'I hated myself on Geordie Shore. I hated the person that I ended up becoming and I have no one to blame but myself, and I don’t try and put blame on anybody else.'

She admitted that there was serious pressure to keep up with her fellow castmates and to 'outdo' their behaviour.

'You are under an awful lot of pressure to act a certain way - to constantly outdo the outrageousness that's happening around you.'

Her time on the reality show also damaged her relationship with her mother.

'My mum never really forgave us, I don't think. She was very disappointed, quite rightly.'

Vicky starred in Geordie Shore from 2011 to 2014. Vicky was engaged to her former co-star Ricci for a year. The pair got engaged in Cancun in 2012 before calling it quits. She is currently engaged to John Noble and postponed the wedding to take part in Aussie I'm A Celeb.
