It's another week packed full of great television. Here's our roundup of the shows you cannot miss this week.

1) Young Sheldon, E4- Thursday at 8.30pm

A lot of Big Bang Theory fans are giddy with excitement about this one. A spin off of 'The Big Bang Theory' (which has 11 series!), this series will tell the story of young Sheldon Cooper and how he managed to turn into a super-intelligent scientist/geek in a conservative suburb of East Texas which is immersed in football and Church.

2) The Brit Awards 2018, ITV - Wednesday at 8pm

This is one of those award shows where you are guaranteed some viral content- our personal fav being Madonna tumbling down the stairs. Broadcast live from London's 02 arena and hosted by Emma Willis, Dua Lipa leads the nominations while Ed Sheeran, Stormzy, Rag n Bone man and Dua Lipa herself all scheduled to perform.

3) Seven Seconds, Netflix from Friday

This new crime drama series set in New Jersey centres around a car accident in which a black teenager is knocked down by a white police officer and the subsequent cover up that follows. Tackling hard issues like racism, corruption and grief this looks like a gripping series which doesn't shy away from tough storylines. The series is created by Veena Sud, who also developed the crime series 'The Killing' for Netflix, which told the story of the murder of a teenage girl, Rosie Larsen, and the subsequent police investigation.
