Aside from throwing shade left, right and centre, Taylor's been keping rather busy.

According to reports, Taylor has taken time out to file trademarks for a bunch of titles and lines from her upcoming album Reputation

The Daily Mail claim that Taylor has already trademarked her line 'The old Taylor can't come to the phone right now. Why? Oh, because she's dead' from Look What You Made Me Do. And, she doesn't plan on stopping there.

They report that the documents claim that Tay Tay wants to use lines like the above on merchandise like tshirts, notebooks and other items.

On her website at the moment, she already has a range of bits for sale, including a snake ring, hoodies and of course, the famous 'I heart TS' shirts that her ex Tom Hiddleston once wore.

Taylor Swift has yet to respond to the claims. She previously attempted to trademark key phrases from her 1989 album, so we wouldn't be surprised if these claims are true too.
