Creator of Peaky Blinders Steven Knight has confirmed that season five will begin filming this autumn.
Speaking to Birmingham Live, he also spilled a little teaser of what fans can expect when the hit show returns.
'We are going into the 30s now. There is so much stuff happening, so why not finish the job?'
He went on to speak about the depression, which has an essential role in the storyline.
'It is setting those things up. In the 30s across Europe and Britain, there was the rise of fascism.'
Earlier this year, Knight spoke about how the show has seven seasons in mind and he has already decided how he wants to end the show.
'In my mind, it ends with the first air raid siren in the Second World War.' You can read more on that here.
