In December 2006, Leona Lewis won the X Factor and had a massive Christmas Number 1 hit with A Moment Like This, which has sold over 40,000 units in Ireland to date. Whilst it would have been easy for Leona to rush-release her debut album to capitalise quickly on her X Factor success, that wouldn’t have been in keeping with her ambition. Good things are worth waiting for and this is no exception. Also includes the Number 1 smash single ‘Bleeding Love’.
Spin Says: No doubt Leona has bags of talent and this is her first chance to show it off to the world. Did she wait so long to try and shake off the X Factor tag?...hmm we think so but she didnt need to when you are this talented. She colaborates with NE-YO amongst a few other stars and big name producers and it shows. Great album !
