Louis Walsh has addressed the rumours that he's getting cut from the X Factor judging panel.
Yesterday, it was reported that Nicole Scherzinger won't be returning to the show. It's claimed that she was not offered another contract in a bid to give the new series a makeover and a fresh start.
In the midst of all this, it was also reported that Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne may be getting axed too.
According to The Irish Sun, Louis and Sharon have contracts for the upcoming series, but bosses were keen to terminate them and replace them.
However, it seems Louis is coming back for more.
Speaking to The Sun, Louis claims that his contract is 'watertight'.
'I've checked it out with someone and have told Simon that. He has asked me to come and see him in LA. I have spoken to Sharon. She's said they can only sack us if they pay us. Sharon did say she was surprised she hadn't been given any filming dates'.
Louis added 'I don't think they've finalised what they're going to do with the panel. We have three-year contracts. We both do.'
When the show returns later this year it will be its fifteenth series.
